Hello!
It has been a while since I last talked with you all out there.
I wanted to take a minute and how you like the Ministry Theme. I am currently working on improving our internal process to improve the speed at which themes get updated. WordPress is ever changing and evolving, we believe that we should do the same also. Meanwhile, we want to find out what you like and dislike.
I would also like to report we’ve got another theme in the works. This will take some of the best portions of the current Ministry Theme, update and make them better! We are really excited about bringing this forth for Ministries to use.

We are thrilled to be re-releasing the Free Bible Scholar Theme. This theme was originally developed by Brandon Cox of eGrace Creative, however we have decided to continue its development and offer for free to ministries.
We are accepting donations on the theme to help encourage further theme development and offer user support with special requests.
We have plans to release more themes, both premium and free in the future.
This theme has only seen adjustments to make it compatible with current WordPress 3.0, we plan on releasing a few more updates to it in the future.

We have been looking for ways to offer a few free themes to compliment the themes we currently sell. We are excited to announce two themes that will soon be ready to download. I can not release details at this moment, but we are excited to have 2 themes available for ministries at no cost.
Furthermore, we are contacting ministries who purchased Ministry Theme to give them the first chance to try it out and give their feedback. Look for that email in the coming weeks!

For those who purchased the Ministry Theme 1.1, I forgot to include another plugin. I should have included these plugins:
- WpList Cal
- Limit Post
I wanted to take the time to highlight their purposes.
- WpList Cal is helpful in highlighting your Ministries upcoming events. It allows people to input a list of upcoming events and as the events come and go, they will automatically created and removed from the homepage!
- Limit Post, Limits the displayed text length on the index page entries and generates a link to a page to read the full content if its bigger than the selected maximum length.
For some reason, there have not been many issues with missing the second plugin. There are also powerful new additions in the “pipeline”.
