Ministry Theme Admin Features
We are excited to announce the introduction of administrative features for the Ministry Themes. We have received several requests to introduce this functionality. The new features will make setting up the theme, easier and more intuitive.
Currently the focus is on improving administration of the front page. Currently updates to those pages, require a manual alteration to the site’s code. With the introduction of these exciting features anyone who can use a computer can update, and alter the website. We have also included a few other important fixes, which will make the latest version of the Ministry Theme, the biggest update ever!
Currently we are still getting all the nasty bugs or other errors and will release this update shortly. Ministries currently using the theme are eligible for FREE updates! Simply post a comment here or on the support forum, and I will send you the update once we make sure everything is performing at its best!! Additionally, we will be contacting everyone who purchased a Ministry Theme, to see if you want the update.
Do you have any ideas for future developments? We would love to hear your thoughts! Comment below.

I just purchased the theme over the weekend and am working on getting it set up for the site I help maintain. I would love the update as soon as it is available.

@Wendy – How is the theme working for you? Have you had trouble getting anything working? I would love to hear any problems you are having!
Bryan said,
@jack – Sure, Ill be sure to send it your way!

I’d love to get the update as well!
For those of us who have changed the look slightly and/or adjusted the theme files to meet our needs, will the update override all those changes? Or is there a way to update the theme while keeping our unique design elements? Thanks!
Bryan said,
@Philip – You raise an interesting issue, which I have been considering. Most of the new exciting changes effect portions which you no longer need to adjust. There have been a few adjustments and bug squashes, some can be applied with little to no adjustment others, could create more work then they fix.
I will be sure to write a post detailing the updates, and what they mean for those who want the latest and greatest versions!

@Bryan – Is the update ready yet?

I just purchased the Ministry Theme yesterday and would love the update when it comes available.
Bryan said,
@John – Most certainly. We want to be sure all the kinks are worked and we are developing a method to distribute the theme more easily.

From what the error message is saying, you are missing the required, included plugin.
