Free WordPress Theme: Balance of Blue

I’ve just re-released a new version of my Balance of Blue theme, which is designed to fit the needs of businesses and tech-style bloggers. On the WordPress themes directory, it’s become highly popular in its first week. It is really a graphically modified version of the Ministry Free Theme. Feel free to download, modify, or share. It’s GPL-licensed.
